Health Coaching: Fall Into Good Health 

Health is a journey, not a destination; it’s important to enjoy the ride! As you begin to explore your health, I encourage you to focus on taking small steps forward, rather than making radical changes. I honor the human body’s potential for healing itself and gain understanding on how the mind affects the body and how lifestyle choices affect our health. 

One exciting aspect along your health journey is to figure out what works best for you on a daily basis. I seek to help support and empower your health and wellness journey through our core concepts of Bio-Individuality, Primary Food, Secondary Food and Crowding out. Which we’ll dive into deeper in future newsletters. 

Today, I simply like to share a snippet of Health Coaching as well as how integrative nutrition connects the dots between physical, mental, and emotional wellness as well as how we think about ourselves and the foods we eat. We all know that nutrition is a key aspect of health, but it’s just one part of the health equation. By focusing on nourishing each of these dimensions of health and wellness, you can show up in your life as the best version of yourself. 

 As a Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, it is my goal to partner with individuals and guide them along their path towards prevention and empower them to be the best version of themselves; by finding a balance with their Primary Food, understanding the factors that lead us to choose certain Secondary Foods and help individuals get back to the basics. 


As bio-individuals, we have different dietary needs. For instance; our general health, age, genetics, general preferences and values, our daily routines and schedule, activity levels, relationships with food; and even who you spend your time with all affect what foods and lifestyles choices that are going to work best for us. 


I am excited to be in the Transformational Health space and play a crucial role in improving health and happiness through Holistic Health. Through the efforts of humble service, I am grateful to be a part of a tribe that strives to create a ripple effect that transforms the world.
